robtheman: C'mon, Zeus and Yahweh egos are way bigger and they are way more selfcentered.

swarr2001: No, it should not be in the mythology section., there are religions based on all the Gods I mentioned. The Church of Satan.
Loki's Temple
The Temple of Set
and
Discrodianism (Eris is the Goddess of strive and discord)

Mrs Badgrumbl...: Maybe they are just one Spirit. Set is the oldest one mentioned, maybe there is only one spirit in the universe, but if that spirit created the universe 'it' made a couple of mistakes if you consider all the suffering in the world...

Try to imagine putting Terrel Owens and Randy Moss on the same football team. Their egos are way too big to be in the same place at the same time. The whole operation would explode from the inside out in a matter of weeks. I imagine the egos of these mischievous gods would lead to a similar outcome.

Zeus and Yahweh aside, the point is still the same. :)

robtheman: Actually, it would probably just result in apocalypse if they all got together for a prank. Not so much the Christian Satan as Loki, Set, and Eris. The Christian Satan would be like, "Uh, I just wanna tempt people :<" and Loki, Set, and Eris would be like, "Whee, tornadoes! Let's go make a tsunami over there and Eris, you go ahead and mess around a little with the planet's core!"

Set is, of course the senior member of this fine assembly, but's he's still carrying baggage over what Osiris did for Horus.
Loki thinks everything is funny, which is why he's my patron sinner.
Satan is just a bit of a failure and who the frack is Eris?
The only time they get together is when they need four for a game of bridge, but Satan still brings his golf-clubs to the table (he's a bit thick)

Paradox, you must be the life of the party. What a great question! Funny. No, I don't believe they are aquainted, but may be alter-egos of the same demon! Don't you think this question belongs in mythology or philosophy though?

They are all the same, just known by different names to confuse the gullible and set people apart, and against each other, in the name of "Religion".

However, if they are having a party then I bag dibs on being the doorman.

I imagine they are just like kids. At times they all just have to compete to see who's the biggest and baddest. Other times they find someone to gang up on and get on like a house on fire (or maybe they ARE a house on fire?)

I don't believe in Satan, but I think the other three probably get together every weekend for poker.

First off, Satan is NOT a God. There is only ONE God, and that is God of course!! Blessed be the Redeemer. And, second of all, Loki, Set, and Eris DO NOT EXIST!!

So, no.

P.S. Why has my answer been given 3 thumbs down?? it's true!
