for the last weeks i have been hearing things... like my name being screamed from the halls of my school.... heard the same voice whisper my name... is this just me or has this kinda thing happened to other people?

Hmm... I would diagnose you with the beginnings of schizophrenia, except schizophrenics usually don't know they are losing it. Other possibilities are sleep deprivation, drugs, or brain tumor/infection.
On the other hand it may be nothing. It is not that uncommon for people to think they have heard someone say just their name or something. The brain is pretty good at picking familiar patterns out of noise, so it may be that its just your brain hearing random noise that sounds faintly like what you expect (your name), which causes you to "hear" your name!
This phenomenon is pretty strange, but as proof of how the brain interprets sound I will send you here. Do not click on this link if you are below 18, because it is slightly obscene:

The original lyrics are in Latin and quite harmless, but your brain will attempt to find recognizable patterns in the Latin "noise" with bizarre results. A related phenomenon explains why people hear the voices of dead relatives in radio static: their brains look for a familiar pattern...
If it is too serious to be explained this way or the voices start talking in a quiet environment, you should ask for professional help.

No, dear, you're not crazy. Crazy people don't realize they are. Maybe you're being delusional or paranoid. Has something happened recently that's making you think you're hearing voices? I wouldn't worry about it too much unless it keeps happening or is so distracting it's keeping you from concentrating on things you enjoy. In that case, you might want to see a psychiatrist. Lots of people have mental disorders, but that still doesn't mean they're crazy. Good luck!

Well whatever the cause, I'd say anybody who begins hearing voices that nobody else can, probably ought to see a specialist and have a talk about it.

Does it come with headache? Have u had vision changes? Sometimes it might be migraine, but personally I think u should go to doctor if that keeps bothering u!
