How can a girl get rockin abs and a tight butt. I'm 5'2" and 105 pounds. I'm not fat but I do want to tone up.

First start with some basic cardiovascular excersising to get any sort of extra fat off. After about a week, alternate it with a Pilates or Yoga video (available at department stores). Start with the basic videos and move up after about 3 weeks.

sit ups for your abs

gymnastics is a great way to tone up.
