Just opened another packet of salt n vinegar walkers meaning to open cheese and onion. Because the packet is green. I know its been green for ages, but I always associate cheese and onion with green not salt and vinegar which I associate with blue. I know this is sad but I do this ALL the time. Does anyone get mixed up as well out of interest? Or am I just very silly?

Just an add on as well. The marmite ones are the same colour near enough as the new cheddar cheese ones and I always get them muddled as well - I love marmite and end up eating chedder cheese.

I agree its annoying! I associate cheese and onion with being green too! I am also annoyed at Walkers for discontinuing beef and onion crisps and replacing them with steak and onion which are 'just not the same'!!! I do like the new marmite crisps though......

Hey man, I know what your saying. Normally I only buy Walkers crisps, but on other occasions, the colours are swapped around - Golden Wonder used to be Green for Cheese and Onion and everyone else has blue or some form/mixture of blue for Salt and Vinegar.

Walkers seem to be the only company who do the green salt and vinegar, it's the cheapy brands that put salt and vinegar in blue packets. It's a conspiracy. The aliens are coming. Aaaaaaaarrrrrggggghhhhhhh.

I look at the writing on the packet, but I remember that Walkers are the opposite because they have been as long as I can remember.
Salt and Vinegar give me the feeling!

i thought salt and vinegar used to be blue, and cheese and onion green, that would make more sense. There must be some psychological reason for them being the wrong way round
