While women can develop muscles like this they can not maintain them. I have seen women body builders in the off season and they look lovely and feminine. In season they look grotesque and masculine. The difference? Women don't have enough androgens (like testosterone) to hold on to the extreme hyper-tropism of the type of enhancement that you are talking about.

Are you talking about six-pack abs? That's a description of the abdominal area where the muscles are defined and look rippled. I don't know why you would want that, but I suppose a personal trainer could assist you in the type of exercise that produces six-pack abs. Don't be disappointed if you don't achieve the look you want, as I think males have a greater propensity to enhance those particular muscles. At 5'5 and 112 pounds, you probably have a beautiful figure. If it were me, I'd let it be.

You're a female, right? Why would you want to have a six-pack? If you're a female bodybuilder, go for it. If not, accept your softness, darlin.

it is possible......just more difficult because women do not build muscle like men......cuz women dont have testoreone.....
lowering your body fat is a great start........everybody has a six-pack.........its just buried underneath fat........just dont take it too far.......youre very thin already.......
next you need to build muscle in your abdominals......this is done by using resistance...not by thousands of crunches........do weighted crunches.........they add resistance and overload your muscles forcing them to get bigger.......
this is done simply by holding a weight in your hands on your chest while doing crunches.........there are many sites online where you can find an example of this.....
