what i did was a lot of running i played volleyball and we ran about 5 miles a day by running in the 2 hour practice i lost about 10 - 15 pounds but if you reach your goal than just stop you might want to keep on doing that but not as much cuz trust me it has happened to me and the wieght comes back fast
