92 mph in a Tiburon. Got a big butt ticket for it too! i offered no excuses, said, yes sir Mr Officer I know that was excessive....how fast was I going? I have no idea for sure but I know it was fast. How fast WAS I going? He said well, I clocked you at 92 before AFTER you saw me, so Mrs. Turtle Girl, you really should be more careful with yourself.
he was so nice. And then he took my license away because I did not have the cash to cover it.
I sold the car 6 months later because I knew I would die in it and bought a very boring sensible sedan so I have a chance to live. I miss the stereo in that car though. It could make my pants move to the beat.

155 in my Z28 about three years ago. It was shortly after I got it, and I decided to see what it was capable of on an empty bridge at 4 AM. I didn't get pulled over that night, but I have been several times since then for going a lot less over the speed limit...so I probably wouldn't do it again.

I had just hit 110 in my 2006 Mustang when I saw a blur of white and black on the side of the road...
I just pulled on over, got out my registration and waited for the CHP to catch up.
Nice cop though... wrote me up for 85 so I could keep my license and actually said "this is a pretty f***ing cool car."
I haven't dared try it again.

280 kph in my friend's Porsche 911, on the German Autobahn where there is no speed limit. I slowed down to about 230 kph when I felt I don't have good control over the car.
Porsches are awesome. That car had so much more to give.

About 150 in a 1994 Mustang Gt. It's a long story, but the police were very nice and I didn't go to jail. I'm older now, I was just young and dumb then.

1968 Shelby GT 500. After hitting 100 I was afraid to take my eyes off the blurring white line on the road, final top speed unknown.
