ok i have fine hair on my arms, should i bleach them every week? or is it bad for my skin cuz of the chemicals, i dont c a problem with it, but my friend told me it should b every 2 weeks, so i dont know

only do it every couple of weeks in the winter when your arms are more often covered up with clothing. I do mine when they need doing but only in the summer.

Why Bleach if it is very fine I would just leave it alone or wax it off
