I am going to be on Varsity this year and our coach does alot of suicides (aka 4 stagers) up downs and just overall alot of running. What should I do to get in shape with the 3 weeks that I have left. Will just running on the treadmill till I cant run anymore help with the basketball type running which is alot of stopping and going? Any suggestion will help thank you. Lastly what is the best thing to eat the night before a basketball game.
