suggest Japenese Cold Straightening; it's pricey, but it tames even the wildest poof for up to eight months. The first time it costs about two hundred bucks, but each "touchup" after that (usually 6-10 months apart or when your hair grows two-three inches) cost anywhere from 30-60 dollars. Still, it makes any hair look simply beautiful and straight. It not only straightens but minimizes the poof-factor, frizz, and curls. <3 And you can even wear your hair in a ponytail without getting a kink in it!
Another less expensive idea is to invest in a Chi Straightener and SunSilk's De-poof cream. Together, with a good hour or two of work, you can achieve the same results as the ColdStraight but for much less money.
Also, Cholesterol goo is helpful. Leave it in wet hair for 20 mins and then wash out.

Use a mild hair relaxer! It's a chemical solution that can be purchased in any drug store. I am Black and have my hair straightened professionally every 4-5 months to stop the frizzes. But you may want to start with a store brought solution first. But if it still does not work. Go to a Black Hairdresser. My own straightens a lot of 'White' hair, it's more common than you think!

Why dont you just wear you hair wavy or curly at the start of the day and then you would not have to bother with straighteners any more, Anyway I think that girls with wavy/curly hair look great, As most girls seem to have the same straight hair style

$20-40 = Get a hair straightener and I reccomend heat styling spray so your hair doesn't burn -only $2.95!:)
$99-250 = A japanese straight perm-funnily enough, they do these at 99% of the salons I've been to
$8 Buy some Hot Straightening gel stuff from vo5-lok for bright red bottles!:)
If you're a cheap-o :) = Wash and blow-dry and hope it helps:)

I recently took my 13 yr. old daughter to a salon to have hers chemically straightened. It took 3 hrs. and cost $140 but it was worth it. What a difference and it only needs touched up about once a year. I know it sounds expensive, but think of what you spend on hair care products in a year!

the best way to stop frizzes is to put some light oil in your hair and to keep it straight depends on your flat iron. You might have to find away to get all of the humidity out of your hair.

maybe you should purchase some "Bored Striaght" shampoo and comditioner...or maybe you should buy a better straightener....sometimes the cheap ones really don't work good at all....I have one thats probably worth about $60...but trust me....it's well worth the money:)
hope this helps:)
