I have a sky connection in one room. I want to send the picture to another TV (a HDTV) and be able to control it from there too. Are there any good sending things (I have no idea what these gizmos are called, lol) out there that don't lose picture quality, when it is sent to the other TV?

I also don't mind if the device is wireless or not.

Any recommendations are much appreciated!

If you get the sky tv link from either Sky or ebay, sky charge £19.49p including post/packing, it comes with instructions, gives you the ability to change channels with 2nd tv (changes it for both tv's though), would be handy to get another remote so you had one in both rooms.
TV link, and remote might be available at Argos, but we don't use that since they robbed us.
We have used sky link for many years, no problems with it at all. It needs a cable going direct from back of sky box to 2nd tv, which is supplied. I recall needing to turn on feeder power on sky box, but it come with full instructions.

I think i am right in saying that you need to buy yourself a router, it connects one tv to the other (can be also used on PC'S).. cost's about £60.00 but you can buy them cheaper.. good luck
