It depends on how well you take care of your voice. If you practice, your range and technique could improve in those years. If you don't sing for 8 years then pick up again at 21, the results could be different. For men it depends on what happens when their voices change, some lose their range altogether, some develop a stronger vocal ability. Different for everyone.

It will change.
In the old days, in order to retain the characteristics of the pre-puberty voice, people used to cut the young singer's
'you-know-whats' off. The resulting singers were called "Castratti" (from the word castrate-oooh, it hurts just thinking about it).
If you keep practicing, your voice will still sound good but an octave (or so) lower.

I'd suppose it depends on a lot of things. Are you male or female? Also, do you practice, take voice lessons, smoke, drink...etc...

I had a decent voice when I was younger, but it grew worse as I aged. I'm a girl, but voices still change as you get older, and I didn't practice. I don't know if that counts for anything.

It should. If you can get some coaching or lessons before then, it will sound even better. Even voices that may not to the average listener sound good, sometimes turn out to be fantastic voices when trained professionally.

For the most part yes. A medical situation could change your vocal chords, A cold, smoking, etc. However, with good luck, proper training and none- abuse the voice can (and often does) sound good well into the 60+.

Your voice matures with you, as your vocal cords grow. Most voices both male and female deepen, but especially males. A good singing voice is a matter of having good pitch, which will not change, good technique, which will not change, the actual physical change you have no control over, but it is likely your singinng voice will remain pleasant.

It depends on person. Some get better, some get worse. And listener's tastes are different as well. One thing I'm certain is that your pitch (voice control over each note/tone) will keep getting better if you practice everyday.
;-)

PS - Awww... excuse me, but I had 3 different voice trainers who have been smokers for a long time and they were also good singers.

IF YOUR VOICE IS NICE AT 13 YOURS WILL SURELY BE NICE AT 21 IF YOU DONOT STRESS YOUR VOCAL CORDS TOO MUCH .AND IF YOU DO NOT DRINK OR SMOKE.IF YOU REALLY WANT A GOOD SUGGESTION ON MAKING YOUR VOICE MORE PERFECT KEEP DRINKING HOT MILK WITH SOME BLACK PEPPER POWDER IN IT.IT WILL KEEP THE BALANCE IN YOUR TONE AT ALL AGES THOUGH YOUR VOICE WILL DEEPEN AND IT WILL ALSO HELP VOCAL CORDS TO RELAX MORE DURING SINGING.GOOD LUCK.

Probably, with practice. BTW, young men hit puberty around the age of 11 or 12; by thirteen, they would have adjusted to the change in their voice. (That's my experience, anyway.)

Depends on several factors and one is if you are male or female. Other factors include: smoking, drinking, practicing or having voice lessons.... if you are a guy, your voice will change when those lovely hormones kick in.
