I would, if the guy says that, it is a nice way of saying no. Then he doesn't tell you anything because he hopes you will forget about later and not ask him again. Sometimes the guy actually needs time, cause he just got out of a relationship or something. But most of the time it is a nice way to say "no".

Usually when a guy says he'll think about it, it means no..I mean a guy who likes a girl would jump at the time you tell him to..besides two days pass and he is still thinking about it..yeah thats a sure sign he isnt really interested and most likely if he says yes after a couple of days he probably only wants to get into your pants,,

It's a lot closer to a "no" than a "yes". It was just a date, it shouldn't have taken any time to think about, much less 2 days...if there's interest (even slight) one says "yes"...if there is no interest, then one says "no"...
I would let it go...if it takes him that long to decide if he wants to go on a simple date, what might happen if he had a REAL decision to make?

What does he need to think about? Foreget him, men are like buses, there's one passing by every ten minutes.

No, just give him time. I'd say after a week if he doesn't answer, then ask him again, but not excessively.
