I'm very upset right now. I'm 19, my boyfriend is in his 20s and he's just broken up with me and began dating a 45 year old woman!

I'm so crushed. What can I do?!

I'm sorry you are upset but wanting to "sabotage their relationship" shows that you are very immature. Perhaps he likes women who are mature. You will make a fool out of yourself if you try and interfere.

What you can do is go out and find a new boyfriend and leave them alone. He had his choice, and for whatever reason he picked her. You will be much happier with someone who wants you. I'm sure lots of guys do. Hook up with one of them.

all I can say in response to the sabotage thought is Karma.. You have a right to be upset and hurt but the best thing to do is pick yourself up and date if you are comfortable.. don't date to show him because that isn't fair to the other party.. but get to know new people, date a little and renew friendships.

What the hell?? 45?? Yikes.. that's sort of weird...

First thing: don't go for "sabotage" it'll only make you look like immature and selfish.

Obviously you still care about your ex, so make sure you keep in touch with him somewhat. If he's going out with a woman in her mid-40's, it probably won't work out too well for long. Stay cool and if they break up, make sure he's aware you're still available for him. Until then, there really isn't much you can do.

Dont worry about it , It wont last. The age difference will cause major problems. The older woman will want to "control" him, and most guys wont go for that crap.
The only reason they are together at the moment is for sex.
I guarantee you, he wont be with her for long.

BUT...dont take him back..go on with your life and find someone that respects and loves you, & that you can trust.
YOU DESERVE BETTER HUN. Good Luck!

I would move on, let the anger go and find someone who truley appreciates and treats you like you deserve to be treated!

There is no reason to sabotage their relationship, because it will not do anything to bring you closure!

Laugh at him.
Imagine, he's twenty something, she's 45. in thirty years time he'll be fifty something.
She'll be 75. Yech!!!
