conditioners have about the same ingredients that shampoo has. and it is not about ingredients cause you could clean your hair with water if you tried.

it wont clean it at all
if you like conditioner so much
buy a 2 in 1
shampoo and conditioner mixed

I don't think that conditioner can because shampoo has a special ingredient to clean hair and conditioner has a ingredient to mouisturize hair.

While a shampoo does not need to have suds to clean, it does have to remove the dirt, that's what "clean" means.
Conditioners do not remove dirt. They put nutrients into your hair.

Conditioners do not remove the city dirt, and oil from your hair. Condtioners just condtions your hair.
