I personally think the answer about sleeping with unattractive persons to attract prettier ones is disgusting. That method will not help you at all. It would just make you a horrible person who will apparently sleep with anyone. I don't know ANY women who are attracted to that type.
Many women are not attracted to looks only. Just make sure you are clean, well-kempt and display your best manners and intelligence toward the one you are attracted to and she will be "magnetized" by your charm!

Learning to flirt (see link). Stop using phrases like 'chick-magnet' and just use everyday english. Make the most of your appearance. Contact-lenses are better than eye-glasses. Get a good haircut regularly. Pay attention to personal hygiene. Dress well at all times. Ask on here what sort of clothes most girls like their guys to wear.

The short answer - confidence and the ability to back it up.
The long answer... you have several SECONDS to create an impression on a girl. Most times, that impression is non-verbal. You create that impression using your body language, the way you look at her, the way you carry yourself, the way you move and the way you act. To a certain extent, other stuff helps - good looks, hot girls hanging on your arm, looking rich, height, good body etc. But girls are not as visual as men, and other non-visual cues are processed by their minds much better than purely visual stimuli.

First...look at what other guys are doing. Second, start going to the weight room and actually use the weights, Third, upgrade your wardrobe once you get buff and lastly...be yourself, be confident and not arrogant...and give it time.

Work out, and dress casual and laid back, and tell girls jokes, most of them like to laugh alot...oh yeah, get a penis pump!
