If not this is a scam. I get about five per day.

If you are told you won a lottery and you didn't enter that lottery, RUN. It makes no sense for an organization to randomly give you hundreds of thousands of dollars/pounds.

This is bound to be a scam as you have to have entered a competition to stand a chance of getting a prize. Just ignore it and delete it.

Hi -I received notificiation of having won a lot of money too. the e-mail told me that Yahoo gathers all the -mail addresses that use their service and 5 people get selected each month. They then sent me another e-mail asking me to contact a courier which I did just to see what happened and guess what? they want me to pay them anything between 600 and 900 pounnds to receive me winnings!!!

It's fake. It's FAKE. IT'S FAKE. How many more times? Did you enter a yahoo lottery? NO.Therefore, how can you win? I can't believe people are still asking this.
