I would prefer to discover and worship my own divine nature rather than worship a slave driving God. I almost forgot the why. Why? Because I cannot in good conscience, worship any god who expects me to go against my nature, and to serve him. If he really were a God, he would not need worshippers and followers who do his every bidding. A real God, IMO, would want his followers to grow and learn and think freely.

I would rather be a slave of God. Why? Because I love Him so much that I'd be a slave to Him. I don't want to be God simply because I can't comprehend myself, my human body, being God. Also, I'm happy with God just the way things are.
Pangel - God has no need for slaves. We are his slaves (servants) because WE need to worship Him. He doesn't need our worship.

To be God .. to reach for that divine in me
no one should be a slave .. I really dont think God who is all powerfull would really have a need for slaves
