Depends on what ya have in your pantry and frig.
make a nice fluffy omelette and add whatever floats your boat and a nice big cup of hot tea.

Its Sunday, so it should be a full roast dinner.
If not, why not try cheese on toast, sardines on toast, pasta, cauliflower cheese, lasagne. Dont know what you have got in your cupboards.

Marinate chicken breast in dijon mustard, with a little olive oil and vinegar. Cook it stove top and serve with rice or couscous.
