You need to set some boundaries in your home. She needs to follow the rules, and her Dad needs to back you up on them. No need to spoil the child because she is a girl. I am a step parent, and sometimes without us, spoiled children would go on in life and feel that the world owes them! I would definitely get your husband on your side and if he won't, then family counseling is in order. As far as her brothers hitting her back, sometimes that works for a child that likes to hit. Sometimes, this back fires and a punching war is on. I would not encourage the hitting. I would put her behind in time out when she hits. 1 minute per year of age. Eventually, she will get the idea that she doesn't rule YOUR kingdom..

I feel sorry for this poor child, it is step parents like you that make life so bad for them. She is six years old and how old are you? Try some parenting class (you and your husband) this child will keep acting like this as long as she feels unloved and it will only get worse if things don't change. Yes the boys should be brought up with the knowledge that hitting a girl is wrong. I will pray for this girl as it seems she needs a lot of help. This child needs love and direction. If know one loves her be nice and sign away her right and maybe she will be placed in a loving home.

Send me her details and I will adopt her. Living with me may come as a shock, but she will at least grow up to know the world does not owe her a living.

You have a lot of spelling mistakes but smack the kid in her mouth and teach her some respect.
