I heared thru the grapevine "they" have & least recognised the virus existed & that it could be removed with a bit of heat treatment.
We Canadians who paid our own way to England etc to get medical help have so far been left out in the cold?

The treatment is weekly shots of pegylated interferon and daily ribavirin pills for approx. 48 weeks. The treatment response rate is between 50-80% depending on your genotype. Sorry, I don't know about compensation in England.
