In Karma conception, unhealthy karma can not be defeated through doing well karmas. The account for unhealthy karmas are separate. And the account of well karmas are separate. The results of karma can not be mitigated. It should be loved or suffered. There is a Sanskrit Sloka: "Avasyam anubhogthavyam kritham karma subha asubham; naa bhugtham ksheeyathe karma kalpa koti sathairapi". Meaning; We must endure the consequences of our karmas, if it is well or unhealthy. No karma gets erased through doing different deeds. Sometime we must consider that we don't seem to be doing and that nature is bringing this kind of situation to drive us to take a ordinary path to adopt that motion. There is a pronouncing in Mahanarayana Upanishad: "Kamokarsheet Manyurakarsheet Namo Namah". It is an complicated factor, which I don't desire to provide an explanation for right here. Those who realize can appreciate.

I believe you reap what you sow....which is the same notion with a different word attached.
Not too sure about the energy of a person being omitted and all that, but I do believe in the Holy Spirit being felt, so again similar notion with different terms
Thanks for asking, a great question
Have an awesome day!

yes i belive. but with a little different from hindu belife. i would like to tell you a small story relatedt ot this. though karma is not supported in islam, but i belive. his name was arif (its a fake name) and he was a follower of a "pir", a speritual person who may or may not has some speritual power. some how he learned about karma and rebirth. so he went to his pir saheb and asked him about about his karma and rebirth. his pir didnt answer him at that time. so he returned to his home. after one day he saw his pir in his dream. his pir was laughing to him and asked him you want to know about your last birth? now see. suddenly he found himself as a dog. who is suffring from a lot of pains inside him. he wants to say somthing but he cant. he is running from this end to that end. but his suffirng is not reducing. then he tried to do some rubbing his body with a tree. then he hard the tree is saying why you re bothering me? twelve years i am standing here with a lot of pain and you wnat to put some more. leave me alone. after that he found himself as a man. his pir was standing besides him. and old that was you in last birth. after that he wke up from his bed. this is not a story its real. belive it or not depends on you. i was lokking for something in the internet, by the way i found this page and i wrote my experience. if you want to know anything you can mail me at 786moyeen@gmail.com.thank you. moyeen.

I do believe in reaping what you sow, although that isn't exactly my understanding of the traditional meaning of karma, which involves samsara. I think if you are kind, people will be kind to you. I think if you sow lies, it will come back and hurt you, etc.
