I was a cashier and my man came up to me in the store and started talking to me. He was trying to act like he was all bad and stuff with his friend. I told him to ask me in a nice way and then maybe I will give you my phone number. He walked off and thought about it and turned right back around and asked me in a polite manner. We have been dating for 2 1/2 years. He says that I was different because I made him chase me.

a friend of mine was trying to set us up for almost two years, we were both working long hours, so did not have time. one day my friend's car would not start after work, he paged me (you can tell this was a long time ago) i was on patrol at the time in a police cruiser, i immediately came to pick him up. she worked with my friend, later told my friend "he's cute" or something like that we exchanged phone numbers and dated sparsely for about two years then married. have been married to her now for fifteen years.

i was invited to a friend of friends place to have dinner i knew 2 people out of the 7 and he was cooking me dinner.. the next couple months i hang out with those people a few more time and then he got my number
