Same thing in my opinion. God is an unchanging absolute, always the same. He determines good and evil, so they are in turn absolutes and not relative to the time, place, or culture.

there is only one absolute. God.good and evil are only there to test the human.we have been givin limited free will.you can easily sin as it is easy to do good.every one makes up his own mind whether to do a thing or not.different influences and circumstances may help to dictate the decision but its still wholly yours.that is not to say that God wont inspire you or me to do good.sometimes we know and feel that inspiration and still do the thing we know displeases our Lord.thats limited free will.so God determines your punishment or reward.no one can claim that God makes their decisions for them.people err.thats not God.that is the islamic perspective in a nutshell." Whatever good happens to thee it is from your Lord,Whatever evil happens to thee it is from what your deeds have sent before you.And we have sent you [muhammad] as an apostle to instruct mankind.and enough is God as a witness" Quran.chapter 4 v.79.

Good and evil are determined by the society in which we live. It has nothing at all to do with any god.

the two aren't related, good and evil are the concept of choice,Gods will is working with the choice that youve chosen. That is why some of the saints in my religion were so popular(so to speak)because they at one time made choices away from God and then to Him(Gods will)

what we term as good and evil are in actual fact another way of saying faithfulness and disobedience.
God is absolutly faithful in Himself and therefore cannot abide sin(disobedience) to His Divine holy will.
we are going against the Holy will of God when we sin and this is misuse of the gift of free will, now freewill is not the ability to choose to sin but is actually the ability to choose obedience when seen in it`s proper prospective.
as the ten commandments that God gave to the Israelites were not meant to keep them down or under control but if obeyed would set them free from sin, they are Gods help to be faithful.
we choose to do evil(disobey) and that is our own unaided choice.

Good and Evil and the desire to do either dwells within the heart of the individual. God's will has nothing to do with it.

One man's Good is another man's Evil. Its all subjective. Only when enough people in close proximity believe in the same good, does it create the appearance of an objective good.

Good, evil and God are all human concepts.
No human concept is absolute.
Therefore, no.
