My ex cheated with me going out with his colleague. however he is seein a new gal who is not that same colleague. he was my first bf and sexual partner. i don't want to get back with him but i dunno why i have to keep a tab on all his where abouts. when i see him with his gal. i get so jealous. i am not seein anyone new coz no one seems to interest me. i don't understant why i am so obsessed with my ex. why does his happiness affect me in a negative manner. why can't i just live and let live.

You need to move on. The easiest way to do that would be to find someone else. There is always someone somewhere that will be interested in you. Find that person and have some fun. Even if it's not a serious relationship. You will find yourself thinking about him less and less.

Here what you can do for a start. Firstly you should change your image such as your dressing and hairstyle. Try to make your looks more presentable and made guys crazy for you. Secondly after you had made over of yourself try to meet up guys and know them better. try to find that suits you and care for you. Lastly forget about your boyfriend and carry on life. You will notice the different and find the life is more meaningful. Good Luck

you still love this young man there no other man in this world that could take his place But I think you still love him , would take time to get over this young man your mad with him but you still love him it would nice if you both could be friend.

you are hurt thsat's all....it's not that you're obssessed with him, it's that you want him hurt and to suffer as in emotionally.you dont want him to move on...try moving on yourself, go on a few dates, i guarentee you it works all the time
