Can a soul be cloned too?

VERY deep question.

If you believe that all human life, even life created from in vitro fertilization has a soul, then yes, a cloned human being would also have a corresponding soul.

No human can live without a soul, no matter how abnormal their body or mind is; it is one of the conditions that defines our difference from the other sentient animal species.

First, there is no such thing as a soul.

Second, "cloning" is no different to what happens with identical twins. An identical twin is really just a clone. Religious people can cope with the idea of twins having separate souls, even though they are formed from the same egg and have the same DNA, so why should clones be any different?

Remember, despite what some science-fiction stories might show, a clone is not made as an adult but would be born as a baby in the normal way, even if the original it was cloned from was already an adult.

And this is part of the reason I'm against cloning. Because the religious will turn the clones into something less than human by claiming that the clone can't have a soul.

Cloning is the process of duplicating the cells in a body. How could someone clone a soul?

A new soul would be given to the cloned body as a gift of becoming a new life. You wouln't be able to live without a soul, clone or not

No; you can't clone a soul but God can. As most of us know, God can do anything, and that includes giving a clone a soul.

I think that the soul stays in the body coloned and a new one is given to the cloned body so everyone is happy and God/the Devil have one more sould to keep track of.

NO. You can clone the DNA. DNA determins how your body is made. It has nothing to do with soul.
