Second Candle Joy The Prophets
Third Candle Love John the Baptist

I think various denominations have varying themes; and some almost ignore the Advent Season entirely.
If your denomination has a centralized head office or bookstore, etc. probably they can provide Advent materials.
Or you can look at the various internet pages.

As far as I am aware however, the focus of each week would be determined by the lectionary, which will have different verses (lessons) for different years.
