My exams are just around the corner. I'm really nervous about it...cold sweats...wild imaginings of things going wrong...things like "what will i do if my results are poor?"...I can't think straight with all this troubling my mind. Any advice on what I should do to calm me down? Any spirit uplifting stories? I'm pretty down right now...advicewhat help..._| ̄|O

Make sure that you know the material well and have a good rest the night before. Keep a good mood during the exam because I read that mood affects your test-taking ability, regardless of whether or not you know the answer. Eat a full meal too, so you have more energy during those hours and you won't be distracted by hunger.

well the doc will talk to you first, ask a bunch of questions that may seem a bit personal, don't be embarrased just be truthful and open. then she will probably give you a pap smear which doesn't really hurt. you have to lay back and open your legs, its uncomfortable but if you just look to the side and relax it's over quickly and painlessly. you have to find the right gyno thou you can't just go with anyone, it has to be someone that you feel comfortable talking to and that doesn't make you feel scared. you have to be comfortable saying anything from "my period might be too heavy" to " i have a strange discharge" be open and honest and everything will work out fine
