Flew this route a month ago with BA flying time going out 11.25 coming back 11.40

On a direct flight between 9 - 10 hours. But s theer is only a time diffeence of about 1 hour, jet lag isn't a problem.

depend on what airline but a direct flight on united airlines without considering the time zone factor is about 12 hours and 50 min

about 10 hours
if you are flying SA on one of their jumbos ask for a seat upstairs
SA the only airline to have economy seats upstairs great legroom, have fun we went last Xmas best holiday ever
