I wouldn't. If they were involved in criminal activity, I would just call the cops. If not, I really don't care.

Your question is a tough question. I think we need to start at the top of all of this. Our government and Mexico's. Both are causing this problem. Another area to address are the people/ companies that employ illegals.I feel sorry for these desperate people. The hell they go through to cross the border and what they have to do here to make money. We ( Americans) would never do the work they do for the lousy pay they get.
My human side of me will not report them..but then the law is the law. What is one to do? Start at the top..make it that if these people come here to the US that they come walking with their head up high and not sneaking in. Make it with the goal of becoming a fellow American citizen and if they cause trouble they can go back. Didn't our fathers come here from other countries.
Tell on the people/companies that promote the slavery.
I remember that there was a song back in the 60's that said volumes. God Damn The Pusher. No Pusher..no users. Again lets get the big boys and do what is right.

For the same reason one calls on child abuse, leave it to the professionals to investigate. No one has time to do investigating themselves that what the professionals are for.

No, I wouldn't. To be honest, I wouldn't even report someone who I knew for sure was illegal.

Nope, even if I knew they were illegal, I wouldn't report them.....Unless they were involved in criminal activity......If they were bothering no one, I would mind my own business.....
