This question is for those who answered yes to the question "are you a 100% sure God exists?"

I decided to put the real question first, just to make it harder for religious people to duck it again, as they often do.

My point is: only absolute Beings can know absolutes. And in case you think God can do it for you, make you know absolutes, remember that he would have to make you a God yourself.

People who say they are absolute sure of anything are putting themselves in God's place for in order present yourself as humam, you have to acknowledge limitations.

Your premise is not proven. That is, you say that "only absolute beings can know absolutes." I disagree. I absolutely know that my body will die. I am not an absolute being...and I absolutely know this about myself.

That said, the door is opened for me, a nonabsolute being, to know other absolute things, and to know of the One absolute being, God, through my own experience with him. God does not have to make me a God in order to communicate with me. God does not have to make me a God in order to reveal himself to me. The temporal and the divine can indeed be in communication, provided that the temporal being acknowledges him- or herself as such, and also acknowledges the divine as the divine.

That is, if one is in correct relation to God, one can then speak with and hear God.

If you are so aggrieved by "religious people" and are prone to passing your unkind judgments upon us before even awaiting our responses, what on earth are you seeking, my friend? That is, why ask questions of people you disrespect? Are you hoping for an answer you can respect? Or are you hoping for answers you can disagree with, hate, and disrespect?

The solution here is to get yourself in correct relation to God. That is, seek humility. You then begin to open yourself up to the possibility of speaking to and hearing God yourself. But if you are seeking from a position of pride and derision, you yourself keep yourself unable to reach the divine.

The problem with soooo many "extreme religionists" is that they practise an absolutely blinkered refusal to acknowledge the difference between believing something, and KNOWING it., In order to "know" something, you must have absolute, unquestionable, unarguable, irrefutable, indisputable, incontestible proof of it... proof that you can demonstrate to others beyond all possible argument or doubt. You can believe something with the most passionate faith and intensity, but without that level of evidence, it will forever remain your personal belief, and that does not constitute PROOF.

Forget about GOD!! There are only two things in the universe that are ABSOLUTE. The first is TIME... the second are the CHANGES brought about by the passing of time.

If you, in your infinite wisdom, can think of anything else, please feel free to email me. I'd be happy to consider your ideas.
