I have made several prayer requests (check my profile) for my close friend April, who has been in the hospital for more than 4 months. She was in a coma for over a month, after her cowardly ex b/f gave her a severe concussion.
Doctors weren't sure she would ever come out of coma and they claimed she had 65% permanent brain damage, with very little chance of any significant recovery.
I found this very difficult to accept, as April certainly didn't deserve to suffer so much at such a young age (23). I prayed that God would help April fully regain her health, and I had faith that she would be healed.
For those who have offered their prayers & kind words to my previous requests, you have my sincere thanks ...... April came out of her coma about a month ago, and she is showing steady improvement as time passes. She is now able to recognize close friends & communicate with them : )
All Praise be to God !

April is still dealing with serious mental & emotional issues as her mind is flooded with terrifying memories of her attack, along with horrible thoughts of being abused by her father throughout her childhood years. She is also still in severe pain, has vision problems from head trauma, and can't remember how to use her right arm ....... So please continue to keep her in your prayers to give her the strength she needs to overcome her medical problems.
Thanks again & may God Bless each of you !

Hi
I have to say that i CERTAINLY believe in prayer and miracles.
A little story........just 15 months ago, my body was crushed by an 18 wheeler truck. My pelvis was completely detached, along with a tennis ball size hole that was torn all the way through my lower abdomen. There were many, many other gruesome injuries as well. I was expected to die by my doctors, but, i believe, though positive thought and ALOT of prayer, i survived. I lost all body function for a few months, but now, the only visible sign is that i walk with a cane. This was my second near death experience in my life. Everything else is back to how it was. I'm a very healthy 26 year old male. I was in a foreign country, so i had absolutely nobody to visit me everyday. I layed in a hospital bed for eight months and had to be taught how to use my body all over again. But, i prayed and conditioned my mind to believe i was getting better, and i did.
As long as your friend has friends and family who love her, just be there for her and keep believing and have faith.....everything will work out the way it supposed to. NEVER LOSE HOPE AND FAITH!!!!

Thank you Lord for remedy this younger lady. Sometimes, we do not acquire miracles when you consider that we do not pray in combination and ask similar to the 2 of you probably did. People are afraid to do what you probably did when you consider that they're afraid that God won't reply their prayer. We must think what we ask can be granted to us. We must consistently notice that God does not reply each prayer as we desire it spoke back, however He does reply it. Continue praying with individuals for God's remedy and God's benefits. Have a blessed day!

Thank Our Lord Jesus Christ!
Amen!
I am so happy for April.
This is a true testimony for God, remember the scriptures?
1-If you have faith, you can move mountains.
2-Seek and you shall find, knock and he will answer.
I will pray for her, that God will heal her and use her to provide powerful testimony.
"Doctors weren't sure she would ever come out of coma and they claimed she had 65% permanent brain damage, with very little chance of any significant recovery."
At this point God is also showing you that he can heal her if you leave it all to Jesus. I didn't mean to give up medical science, God also use doctors to heal, just know in your heart that God is doing this healing for her.

That's a wonderful story and I have heard many accounts of the power of prayer, I personally came back from the very frightning possibility of death after my parish priest came to the hospital and blessed me.

I do. Amen. "Again I say to you, if two of you agree on earth about anything they ask, it will be done for them by my Father in heaven. For where two or three or six are gathered in my name, there am I in the midst of them." Matthew 18: 19-20.
