Yes, some days are slower than others on this site, and I personally have received 0-5 answers for questions that I thought deserved more in the range of 30-40.

Very often. Then I stay with the answer that is best accounted for, if it's one of those questions with one single possible right answer.

I personally haven't.
But I haven't asked a LOT of questions, and the ones that I do ask are usually hot-button issues that raise a lot of hell from both sides of the religious fence.

Yes - it happens. It has never happened here though. Sometimes I am surprised on what gets the most answers.
