you shouldn't wash your hair EVERYDAY because it will take the natural oils out of ur hair but you might be using to much conditioner

When you shower, (on days you dont shampoo) rinse your hair as if you have washed is and apply a light conditioner. The oils in the conditioner break down the oils in your hair. Only wash your hair everyother day. Also Blow drying/straightening your hair will make greasyness less noticeable.

i used to have the same problem until i read an article on greasy hair. Wash hair with a good shampoo not herbal essences! or any that make hair shiny as they have excess oils in them. Dont rub vigorously as you will overheat ur head just a gentle rubbing technique is all that is needed. Also try washing it in the morning instead of night. Wash hair in cold water it will stop the scalp sweating and producing excess sweat and then style as normal e.g blowdry then straighten ur hair will be oil free for two days.

Getting greasy hair is a teenager thing! If you wash your hair everyday, itl make your hair get greasier quicker every time! Because your hair contains natural oils which you shouldnt wash out imediatley. Wash your hair every other day, is better for it. Also, you might wanna try using nettle shampoo, is available at The Body Shop. Its not too cheap though! Annnnd..if you rinse your hair clear from shampoo/conditioner with cold water, it makes it get greasy less quickly. 1 more thing, if you use alot of heat protector or types of gel or moose, itl make it get greasier alot faster, just use a little bit if need be.. i hope that all made sense! xx

You might want to consider only shampooing daily and conditioning only once a week. People with oiler hair have to wash their hair daily and conditioning constantly can make the oiliness worse.

make sure ur directting the shampoo at ur scalp and not hte bottom of ur hair or the middle...shampoos to clean ur scalp where the grease starts and conditioner is for ur actual strands of hair.

use clarifying shampoo, use a little bit of baby powder and distribute it through your hair evenly, it should absorb the oil.
