Nothing if his wife don`t do nothing.
if you bothwork together then its forbitten(by regulation) and you both get punished not only him .
doesn`t mean he is the only one in trouble because he has the higher rank,yes he should have know better so do you.
so if you report him you will be busted the same way as him ,same if his wifes reports you.
if you don`t work together you can make him any trouble nothing it depend again on hi wife she can make him trouble he will get a minor punishment through his command.

UCMJ has no provisions for adultery, however fraternization is an offense. it depends if charges are filed, then the commander must have a hearing. if evidence is found it could go up to courts martial. mostly tho, just a reduction in grade and pay suspension for BOTH parties.

he can be charged under the UCMJ with articles 134, article 92, article 98, and can be separated from the military under chapter 14

it depends but ive seen one get droped to e5 and forced to retire

and yes adultery is aganst the UCMJ
