Common guys I need more advice enable me make the best decison?

Guys, as earlier mentioned, there is this girl that asked me out to dance that I rejected. At the time of her request, she had a boyfriend. Anyways, she told me that she she had broken up with her boyfriend. I had a feeling she liked me. I liked her also. I was afraid to ask her out. After summoning courage from you guys, I did ask her out. We went out to eat. I thought we had a good time. After the dinner, I told her that I would like to do more this dinner? We hugged. End of story. My questions are:
1) should I have kissed her that same day?
2) What else should I do now?
3) She was the one who initiated the hug, b4 I reciprocated.
4) Should I wait till a week to do something again or what? please advice me. I am just a novice in this dating scene.

I BELIEVE THAT YOU DID RIGHT BY NOT KISSING HER ON FIRST DATE.THIS MAY OR MAY NOT LET HER KNOW THAT YOU'RE MORE INTERESTED IN HER,THAN WHAT YOU CAN GET OUT OF HER. GIVE HER A CALL THE NEXT DAY OR TWO,JUST SEE HOW THINGS ARE,IF SHE HASN'T CONTACTED YOU ALREADY. BY YOU RECIEVING RATHER GIVING THE HUG SHOWS THAT YOU,RE PATIENT AND A GENTLEMAN. TRY NOT TO BE TO PUSHY IN A NEW RELATIONSHIP,SOMETIMES IT THROWS UP RED FLAG TO THE OTHER. HANG OUT,GET TO KNOW EACH OTHER,AND JUST GO WITH FEELS RIGHT. I HOPE THE BEST FOR YOU !

First dates r alwayz awkward, so if it's right 4 u, u should wait until the time is right. You could've kissed her if u wanted 2, but, it's always good 2 wait the 2nd day, or maybe even the 2nd week.

U should:

1.) Ask to go see the latest movie that she likes best. U should let her pick the movie.

2.) Ask 2 go to her house, meet her parents. (hardest out of all dating scenes)

3.) Call her, ask 4 her number, talk about her interests, & your interests.

4.)If you go 2 the same school, wait 4 her at her locker, b-fore, & after school, that's always romantic.

5.) Slip a note in her locker, maybe a freindship note, maybe a love note. Who knows? ( that's the easiest way 2 u no-maybeask er 2 prom, ask her out, anything-- if you're a shy guy)

6.) It's always good 2 start out as friends, b-cause it's akward when you just go ot 4 looks. Ask questions about her, get 2 no eac other, have some fun.

Well, that's all the things I no will work, b-cuz-I am a girl myself!

K date one is over and sounded like a success so quit dwellin on the would of's/could of's. Ask her out for a second one and thirdly you don't have to wait a week to do something again.

Yes you should kissed her... but it's not the end of the world.sometimes you don't need t ofollow rules. Just follow your heart. Give her a rose and tell her that you can't live without her. don't panic,after all you'll find out on what are you.

you seem like a very nice guy...one .. dont wait a week..2 you should give her a call..if you have her number..or email her or something...3 it shows she likes you, no a kiss would be to fast..dont want to hurt anyone here.. just give it time..im guessing you do not date much, neither do i, but im smart about this kind of stuff
