Take it easy. It seems you have been struck by the lightning of love and struck bad. But Ricochet is right, true love should be accompanied by trust. Without trust, love won't proceed further. You have also to have faith in Someone up there, the Supreme Being up there, whatever you call Him, that HE knows what is best for you and that HE will be watching over you. Pray that, this girl would be the real one for you. If she is meant for you, no matter what you do, she will be there. So go to sleep soundly, with that thought. Give her some space and trust her. Because if you don't it will destroy the relationship. If she loves you enough , (which I am sure, she does), she herself, will see to it that she stays faithful. Good luck.

If you mean, 'how can I stop being paranoid and suspicious?', then I read somewhere that the basis of any good relationship is trust. You've been traumatised by the fact that someone you trusted for 6 years to stay with you could break up with you. You need to learn to trust women again, including the girl you're with now. Take control of you own thoughts. Just because one woman caused you some pain doesn't mean all women can't be trusted to remain faithful.

You say you've just met the girl. Take things slow and don't put all your hopes in this person being the next miss right.

To be honest I did not understand your question. Anyway if you want to chill out with your gf, a splendid idea would be for both of you to lie down in some cozy spot and get someone to bury you'll with a heap of ice cubes...
