I get night sweats. headache, fatigue, but I know it is because I always forget to eat. My doc told me I am hypglycemic. How can I remind myself to eat? I always skip meals and sometimes I am just too bothered to eat, which makes me feel lightheaded and dizzy.

I too am hypoglycemic and I try to eat about 6 times a day, not just the normal 2 or 3 times a day that most people do. And I always keep snack foods around like carrots or apples or something like that.
I also carry succrose with me just in case of an emergency where I know that my sugar is dropping fast.
Alcohol also increases the hypoglycemic effect. Which I learned the hard way.

You need to take this more seriously. My blood sugar has dropped so low, I've almost passed out and I get a ravenous hunger where I eat anything I can get my hands on, which just ruins my diet. Mine has dropped to 40 before and you feel like you are going to die.

You need to eat a good breakfast. About 2 hours later, eat some small something, like at least 3 peanut butter crackers. Eat lunch around noon. About 2 or 3 o'clock, eat an apple or something. Eat dinner around 6 and before you go to bed, eat a couple of lowfat graham crackers and at least a half glass of milk.

You need to do this every day and you will feel better.

Your doctor should have told you what and how often to eat.

To remind yourself, get a little watch with an alarm, or even a small alarm clock. Set it for the intervals at which you need to eat. Then when it goes off, EAT.

Are you too bothered to end up in the emergency room because you passed out and crashed your car or bonked your head and needed stitches?

Or do you enjoy your symptoms? Be responsible for managing your own health. It's not rocket science.
