I babysit 2 kids for $10 an hour. Is that good?
Also: One of the kids has high blood pressure. What does that mean, and do I need to do anything differently for him?

$10 per hour for 2 kids sounds reasonable. Ask his parents if any special meds have to be given to the child with high blood pressure and what signs to watch for (if any).

To my that sounds very very excellent pay for babysitting. I work in a factory now for 3 years and only get $10.25 per hour. I babysat when I was 16, 3 kids 40 hours or more a week and I got $92.00 everyweek. They were difficult kids and really active considering they were twin 5 year old boys and a 7 year girl. They scared alot of other babysitters off so I was called back most often.

As of the highblood pressure thing the parents or guardains should be able to tell u what and how if u need to do anything specail.

You should be asking this to his parents. And yes, $10 an hour is very well for just babysitting 2 kids.

£10 an hour is well good, most ppl only get half that. You shud take time to ask the parents what u shud do for the kid with the high blood pressure.
