Yes, but what they look like would depend on the dog, what breed it is etc. The puppies would be better looking if it was a pedigree dog that fathered them. Also, it wouldn't work very well with a dog like a bulldog, as when these are crossbred, they usually get health problems. Just let me know what area you live in and I'll find out the nearest mental hospital for you.
