The mother is still in jail and the child is at grandparents whom are still letting her see her 18 year old crack dealing boyfriend! What would you do?????

What should happen to the mother? And an undercover officer was sold drugs to by the mother and daughter.

Call your local child protective services agency, or the local sheriff to report child abuse or neglect, this sounds like neglect.

The mother sounds have a problem with drugs. She needs help and some introduction into parenting she will probably get it for neglect to her daughter since the police are already involved,

The mother will be arrested and the 16 yr old daughter will go to protective services unless a family member can take care of her

First off, you don't specify in your question "what should happen to whom? " Do you mean what should happen to the mother or do you mean what should happen to the sixteen year old daughter.
To start.... everyone is innocent until proven guilty.
Are they both guilty? Are they both on drugs?
Nobody can answer that question without more information.

the daughter gets sent to foster home if she can prove she wasn't there for anything and it was all her mom which she should then foster care. and if she is actually using drugs she gets sent to jail or juvi
