Depends upon your Goal. Also the information is not sufficient to answer your question. What is your age, height, body frame? What is your Body mass Index (called BMI)? How much is your body fat percentage? Now if you want to lose 20 kilos in one month - that could be harmful to your body. So I would recommend that if you want to loose weight, understand the mechanics of how a human body functions. A good goal is to target losing 5 kilos a month. Eat some healthy food every 3 hours - so your body keeps metabolizing (and not storing food as fat). Exercise 40 minutes of aerobics (fast walking - where your heart rate is at 55 % of highest rate (for your age). Do weight training under a certified trainer (you can hire the person for 5 to 7 instruction classes) 3 days a week. Man you have to burn Kilos not calories. For this you should walk briskly atleast 5 kms every day. At your work place never use elevator use always stairs even you are on 10th floor. In a month or so you find the change. Goodluck.
