No, I am a North American Muslim, and these so called "Radical", "Extremists", are being led astray by Satan. If they are doing wrong, then surely they will be judged according on the Day of Judgment.

Yes - they can send a sentry up the watchtower so they can tell the band when to charge. I don't think the Muslims could afford it.
