Easy, and tasty, with less fat...
Here's how: scramble your eggs in a microwave safe bowl..add a little bit of water and mix in, some people use milk, i think water makes them fluffier, but just a touch.. add a little butter, or margarin.
I use smart balance spread. If your doing just two eggs at a time I'm taling about a teaspoon of water, and a half a teaspoon of butter, more or less butter to taste. I use one teaspoon of butter for three eggs, people say there the best they've ever tasted, and what's my secret?
The secret is out now i guess.
Okay cooking times: High power, rule of thumb, one minute per egg. stir just once or twice. when you stir just pull the cooked part around the edges into the middle of the bowl about every 40 seconds, but don't over do it, they cook up best when left mostly to them selves, unless your whipping up a dozen or so. I pull them out a little early, I like mine soft scrambled. If they are a little runny after cooking full time cover and let stand for a minute or so, stire again and let stand more if need, they'll be delicious.

hi there. you want to start out with a microwave safe bowl, then butter the inside of the bowl lightly; add two eggs with a tablespoon of water per egg or use milk beat this together and then place into the microwave for about one min on high watch the eggs closely they will expan but don't worry they will go down. remove the eggs and give them a stirr if they not done repeat with addtional time make sure that you keep an eye on them so they don't burn..if don't you want to use butter you can also use a butter spray......good luck >>don't forget to make your self some toast in the toaster to go with the eggs..yummm

MICROWAVED SCRAMBLED EGG
1 egg
1 tbsp. milk or water
In a 1 cup glass measure or coffee cup stir together egg and milk or water. Cook on HIGH power 40-45 seconds or on 50% power 1 1/2 minutes. Scrambled egg comes out light and fluffy.

scramble the egg in a coffee cup, add a little milk, and mix again. The egg will puff as it cooks, and will be delicious. I do this all the time when I don't want to dirty a pan
