Where can I find a TRi Tip steak in North Texas? Why isnt it available at my stores?

Tri-tip are not extremely popular everywhere yet. Ask a butcher or meat cutter if they know where you can get some or even order some for you. I work at a processor and we can order them by the case for people that are USDA inspected but we're in Missouri.

Tri tip is very hard to find some places. When I lived in S California it was always in the meat case.
When I came to the south, I had to go to a butcher to get it.
Try that.
