Can the U.S embassy deport americans who are on trial in a country that has great realtions with the U.S. What can i do to convine them to take action/and or how can i put pressure on them to do so.

The two prior answers are correct. Also, even if there is an treaty on the exchange of prisoners, both the local courts and a court in the US have to agree to the transfer. Often one or the other will refuse.

Also, please remember that US embassies have NO power over the laws of other countries. We can serve as go-betweens, but cannot order or control such a transfer.

yes if there is an extradition treaty. but i doubt they would extradite for a misdemeanor or a minor felony. check with your local law enforcement or an attorney and go from there.

foreign countries can try or deport us citizens..
us can revoke passport/visa of us citizen and return that person to us soil if foreign country turns person over to us authority.
