i got my one and only tattoo 4 years ago it is not as smooth as every one elses i have touched it is raised and kinda bumpy it is on my lower back.. does any one know why my tattoo is like this or if there is any thing i can to it does not hurt but just feels funny

u were probably allergic to tha ink that they used...a friend of mine got one when she was 18 it bumped up b4 it even healed.shes now 28 and its still bumpy...

It could be that you have Keloid Scars. I don't know much about it but I do know that your scars become kinda big. Especially for Tattoos...but who knows? That is just a suggestion. Ask your doctor about it!

it could be infected..but no thats not too young. my b-day is in 4 days and ill be 13 and im allowed to get a tattoo..but im not so dont get any ideas..lol im not crazy. it a whole family thing..my dad got his when he was 13 and everyone else in my family has..it weird but anyways...i think its infected.

just sounds like scar tissue, nothing you can do about it
