Girl, sex isn't everything! Sure, a guy will often screw whatever is in sight, but why would you as a girl want that? You're SO worth more than that.

No, it's not necessarily true...although for some guys even "reasonably attractive" isn't required (of course, that goes for some women too).
If you are just wanting sex with him, then get to know him and be sure he is interested. Be careful about how you let him know you are willing though, as some people lose interest quickly when the challenge/chase isn't there...
