Innuit would be the correct answer. The term "Eskimo" is a term whites have ascribed to them. They prefer Innuit. That was over my head as well. I didn't realize it was a play on words. I thought it was a student asking for homework help. It is questions like this that is the igloo that holds us all together. Leave no Nanook or cranny untouched. Thanks for breaking the ice, and not giving us a snow job. Just go with the ice floe.

Not really true 'gyorzxk' old chap. The Innuit are a 'tribe' of eskimo if you will. Much like native americans have.
