Contact your high school counselor and discuss to him about independent study. There are plenty institutions out there that are accredited and can be counted as a full credit towards your transcript.
Search the net for the University of Nebraska Lincoln Independent Study, that's a very reputable and accredited institution for a course online.
Or do a search on 'independent study' and check and confirm with the accreditation agency that the insitution is legit and the credits earned there may be transferred.
Accreditation agencies confirm the legitimacy of a school, so taking courses from these accredited institution will guarantee your credits are easily accepted at other schools/uni.
But first and foremost, you must discuss with your counselor and make sure your school can accept these credits from these independent studying programs.

That depends on the laws regarding school in your particular state. Every state is different and even districts within a state can vary widely on this issue. Generally I would say no on this. Some states allow homeschoolers to enroll as part-time students in regular public school, but I've never heard of the opposite being true. Contact your school administrative office.

You would have to discuss that with the administration of the student's school. If they are in a private school than it probably won't be a problem. Public school administrators may give you a hard time about it or just tell you no altogether.
